Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of savellem.com and any design services you purchase from Savelle McThias / Savelle LLC (“I” or “me”). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

I provide UX/UI design, research, design systems, e-commerce and conversion work, enterprise SaaS design, and related consulting. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in a proposal or at checkout before work begins.

Purchases and payment

Productized services—such as the 48-hour UX audit—are sold at a fixed price and paid up front through my payment provider (Stripe). For the UX audit, work begins once you have completed payment and provided the access I need to evaluate your product.

Money-back guarantee

The UX audit includes a satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the quality of the audit, I will refund your payment. Custom project engagements are governed by the refund and cancellation terms in their individual agreements.

Intellectual property

Deliverables I create for you become yours upon full payment, except for any third-party assets and my own pre-existing tools, templates, and methods. The content, design, and code of this website remain my property and may not be copied without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site—no attempts to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use it to infringe others' rights.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim relating to the site or a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
